My Role in this Project
My Role in this Project
I began this journey as the sole designer on the project, taking full ownership of the entire product design lifecycle from day one. What started as rough sketches gradually evolved into a comprehensive digital system that now powers dozens of schools, transforming how they manage administration.
Throughout this process, I played multiple roles:
✔️ Conducted stakeholder meeting to understand project scope and key operational challenges
✔️ System architecture, ensuring scalability and seamless integration
✔️ Worked on wireframes and high fidelity design to bring concepts to life
✔️ Designed administrative workflows into intuitive digital solutions
This project was more than just designing visually appealing screens—it required a deep understanding of educational operations. A major challenge was balancing the needs of four distinct user groups, ensuring a cohesive and effective ecosystem.
