I began this journey as the sole designer on the project, owning the entire product design lifecycle from day one. What started as rough sketches evolved into a complete system that now powers dozens of schools. I played multiple roles—conducting stakeholder interviews, designing the system architecture, crafting wireframes, and translating administrative challenges into intuitive digital solutions. This work wasn’t just about creating appealing screens; it required a deep understanding of educational operations and balancing four unique user perspectives to build a cohesive and effective ecosystem.
